Adding in Duo mode whereby in this game 2 "doctors" can join in an operation for any given scenario.
No doubt in New Blood, the "mission" given is much more harder. Overall this series requires more speed in order to get a higher grade and you can update your ranking via WI-FI into their worldwide database.
Great series ever from ATLUS.
