오뎅(o deng)

오뎅 是韓國很普遍的街邊小吃
以台灣的說法，應該是黑輪、關東煮、甜不辣.....
通常是用一支很長、很長的竹籤
把各種形狀的魚板串起來，放入特製成一格一格的湯鍋中煮
不知道大家有沒有印象....韓劇中常常出現的劇情
男女主角圍站在攤販前，手拿著很長的竹籤在吃東西，那個就是 오뎅

Mei Mei Ng :: It is Korean fish cake. It is consider cheap for 200 won coz that is near to school area. But the other places cost 500 won each. We eat it and drink the soup too coz the soup is very delicious too. Yummy! Must try it when come to Korea.; 2007년 7월 17일 오전 8:06

山珍= 薑

海味= 鹽
